Cookie Policy

This Policy applies to www.atriohp.com and other online assets including mobile applications, online correspondence, branded pages on third-party platforms, and applications accessed or used through such websites or interactive services (collectively, the “Online Services”), which are operated by or on behalf of ATRIO Health Plans, its affiliates and representations in Oregon, Nevada and  the world (hereafter referred to as “ATRIO Health Plans” or “we” or “our” or “us”).

Our Online Services use cookies and similar tools to improve performance and enhance your user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser that allows us or a third-party to (1) enable certain functions, (2) provide analytics and (3) store your preferences which will speed up your future activities and help to improve your overall experience with our Online Services.

By using our Online Services, you are opting in to agree with the provisions of this Policy. If you would like to opt-out, please update your browser’s settings accordingly, but keep in mind that it may negatively affect your user experience.

Some cookies may store personal data, for example if you click “remember me” when logging in. Most of our cookies will not collect data that identifies you and will instead collect general information, such as the name of the website from which the cookie came from, its “lifetime” (i.e., how long it will remain on your device) and a value, which typically is a random number.

Cookies can either be session or persistent cookies. A session cookie expires automatically when you close your browser. A persistent cookie will remain until it expires (as set in the cookie itself) or you delete it. Cookies are classified as follows:

Statistics

Statistic cookies help website owners to understand how visitors interact with websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously.

Some third-party companies (e.g., Google Analytics) generally use cookies to collect user data on an anonymous basis. They may use that information to build a profile of your activities on the ATRIO Health Plans Online Services and other websites that you have visited.
